"I used Vi off and on for 1 year. For me the clincher was learning about the benefits of Whey shakes vs. Soy Shakes. I had started having some problems related to Soy intake, so I had to find a meal replacement program that was not soy - enter Yoli and YES. I've now been off Soy for 4 months and so many of my problems have diminished. But I'm most thrilled that while on YES, my indigestion problems have gone away (I think due to Alkalete and Pure). I love absolutely all of the products. My cravings for chocolate and coffee have gone away. I've gone from a 6 cup a day coffee drinker, to 1 cup a day. And that cup is probably due entirely to "habit"! I love the taste of the shakes. They mix so easily with no clumping.
